At SportzGemz want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To assist this process, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy. SportzGemz are a brand of Fresh-N Home Products.

We process orders as they are received.
Internet orders and most small orders will ship within 72 hours of payment.
We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
shipping and handling
Canada & the US
Most parcels are shipped with Canada Post. We find they have the broadest delivery service, are the least expensive and usually are the quickest. Canada Post transfers parcels to USPS in the United States.
Please note: We ship with “No Signature Required”. If you would like to sign for your parcel, please indicate this.
Our shipping rates are calculated on checkout. We do offer courier options through Fedex .
Please note: SportzGemz reserves the right to upgrade the shipping method at its own discretion and expense.
SportzGemz is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
For all US bound shipments, SportzGemz or Fresh-N Home Products will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. The mineral inside Fresh-N Home Products is safe and we use the correct commodity codes to reflect this, however, customs can occasionally impose duties that are unforeseen. Extra duties are unusual. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Fresh-N Home Products will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Fresh-N Home Products will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Please note: At present Canada Post shipments cannot be tracked in the US. 99% of parcels arrive in a timely manner with not incident. Occasionally parcels do get “lost”. Please contact us if this happens at: customer care (at) fresh-n.com – (remove the spaces and change (at) to @).

Please note that customs and import policies in some countries have restrictions to the importing of products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country’s policies. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Fresh-N Home Products will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Fresh-N Home Products will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
Fresh-N Home Products will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Fresh-N Home Products will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). You will be notified by email if this happens.

|We accept orders by email. We will send you an invoice through Pay Pal. After we receive payment, your order will be shipped. customer care at fresh-n.com (take out spaces and change the at to @)|
You will receive an email letting you know your order has been shipping. Follow the tracking number on the email you received and you will be directed to the most up to date information on your parcel. The information on the Canada Post website is updated once a day and will be the same information we have.
Email us Monday to Thursday from 9-5 PST; Friday 9-3 PST if you have further questions.
In the highly unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, or the pouches are not sewn correctly, please send a photo of the damage to customer care at fresh-n.com (take out spaces and change the at to @). We will look at the photos and replace the damaged pouches.
On-line orders can be paid by credit card or through PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard.
We can also accept American Express or a bank transfer. Please email your order and we’ll send you an invoice via PayPal.
